Due to the bespoke, made-to-order, and artisanal nature of our stationery and art, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
Examples of non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized stationery
- Custom design services
- House goods
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, please contact us at post@edenhillatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and all original packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun on your order—particularly for items utilizing custom materials or specialized printing—cancellations cannot be honored.
