By purchasing from our studio or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional experience for both the artist and the client.
- Intellectual Property & Copyright
All designs, custom illustrations, artwork, and “Future Heritage” branding found on this site or provided as part of a service are the exclusive intellectual property of Alana Eden Hill and Eden Hill Atelier.- No Transfer of Rights: The purchase of a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the client.
- Usage: Our work is for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without a separate, written licensing agreement.
- Custom Orders & Proofing
For all bespoke and personalized stationery:- Client Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for final proofreading. We strongly recommend reviewing digital proofs on a computer screen rather than a mobile device for accuracy.
- Final Approval: Once a client provides final approval on a digital proof, Eden Hill Atelier is not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, or dates that were present in the approved version.
- Reprints: Any reprints requested due to client-approved errors will be at the client’s expense.
- Material & Color Variations
We take great pride in using high-end, tactile materials, such as 300gsm cotton rag paper and specialized inks.- Screen vs. Print: Due to variations in digital display settings, the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly from the physical printed product.
- Natural Variations: Slight variations in paper texture, deckled edges, and ink density are inherent to artisanal printing and are considered part of the unique beauty of “Future Heritage” art, rather than defects.
- Payments & Taxes
- Currency: All prices are listed in USD.
- Taxes: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination. For orders within Oklahoma, the current state and local tax rate of 8.625% applies.
- Payment Processing: We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your financial information.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Fulfillment: Once an order is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Eden Hill Atelier is no longer responsible for carrier delays, weather-related issues, or theft after delivery.
- Damages: Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy regarding items damaged during transit.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
